* regnual/regnual.c (fetch): Reverse bits.
* src/usb_ctrl.c (rbit): New. Deleted reverse32.
(download_check_crc32): Use rbit.
* tool/gnuk_upgrade.py (crc32): Just use binascii.crc32.
(crctab): Remove.
