reGNUal enables CRC module by itself.
** Flash update change
CRC module is disabled when Gnuk stops. It's reGNUal which needs to
enable CRC module.

USB suspend and wakeup event are now handled.

KDF-DO is now available. Host can use this feature.
** Upgrade of Chopstx
We use Chopstx 1.6.
